Supplier Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a supplier on the Hoooola platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our supplier services.

2. Supplier Account

As a supplier, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.

3. Product Listings

You agree to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all products listed on the platform. All products must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Hoooola reserves the right to remove any listings that violate these terms or are deemed inappropriate.

4. Order Fulfillment

Suppliers are expected to fulfill orders within the specified timeframe. You agree to:

  • Process orders promptly and accurately
  • Provide valid tracking information for shipped orders
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels
  • Communicate any delays or issues to customers

5. Commission and Payments

Hoooola charges a commission on each sale made through the platform. Commission rates are specified in your supplier agreement. Payments are processed according to the settlement schedule outlined in your account settings.

6. Returns and Refunds

Suppliers must honor the platform's return policy. Refunds for returned items will be deducted from future settlements. Suppliers are responsible for providing return shipping labels when required.

7. Intellectual Property

You represent that you have the right to sell all products listed and that product listings do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Termination

Hoooola reserves the right to suspend or terminate supplier accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hoooola shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or inability to use the platform.
